“The hotel and spa is in the middle of nowhere which adds to it's charm. We only stayed for 1 night which limited our ability to enjoy the full tranquility of the rural location. If staying at the hotel I suggest checking with the hotel as to which services are available. As we were disappointed to discover that when the swimming pool is accessible the Spa facilities are not. The staff are very friendly, and at times the organisation seemed to be confusing. However, this in no way detured us from enjoying our stay at the hotel. We stayed in the hotel part in a room which was adequate and a lovely large bathroom. A part from the main building they have purpose built rooms which they call cave's (Cuevas), these rooms seemed very comfortable for a novelty stay but we did not try them (maybe next time). I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone who wants a few days of tranquility.”
“Lovely setting in the “Cueva”, between the Jacuzzi and the chimney keeping the room cozy and warm! Unfortunately, we had some problems to reach the hotel as following the road advised by Google maps we encountered a road that due to rain was very mud and therefore our car got stuck, advise to follow their instructions instruction and pass through Albalate de Zorita. Still not the best for utility cars and probably more suitable if you have a 4x4. Nevertheless, the hosts were super kind and available, the helped us get to the hotel and the morning after recover the car with a tractor. Overall, recommended staying (including the breakfast!) but be sure to check the instructions and weather.”
